What’s My Story?
Holistic Wellness Visionary – Yoga Master – Shaktipat Guru
Kedarji is the Founder of The Bhakta School of Transformation, an Ohio-based not-for-profit public charity devoted to lasting Inner Peace and Total Well-Being. He is also the owner and founder of Soma Essential Healing & Wellness. This is an Ohio-based company offering holistic wellness coaching and holistic healing practitioner certification. Evidence-based research in holistic wellness alternatives is also offered. In this regard, most notably is Kedarji’s work in coaching people in the reversal and cure of diabetes and obesity.
He has also created a proven centering and healing process known as The Maharudra Awakening that, when performed as instructed for just 15 minutes each day, increases spiritual power while invigorating the mind, stabilizing the emotions and enhancing the body’s natural ability to heal. Live Long, Live Strong and Enjoy Your Existence Here By Applying Kedarji’s 4 Pillars of Total Well-Being with Spiritual Power as the foundation. Kedarji also bears the reference ‘Sadguru’ which means true spiritual mentor, as he is also known to many of his students in this way – through their practice of his unique approach to Yoga that embodies Kedarji’s Ecology of Wellness.
Studies In Preventive Medicine
He studied oriental medicine, iridology and Holistic nutrition with Michio Kushi, founder of the Macrobiotic movement in America. In addition, Kedarji mentored under Michio Kushi. He completed his studies and training in Oriental Medicine, graduating from The Kushi Institute in 1979. He also studied with Aveline Kushi, Dr. Bernard Jensen and Wataru Ohashi of Ohashi Institute and Health who also taught him Hatha Yoga.
Additional Holistic Wellness Mentoring
Additional mentoring occurred under Michael Abehsera, Masaaki Yamaguchi, the founder of Souen health and William Dufty, author of the book Sugar Blues. Kedarji also studied herbology, botanical medicine and Holistic, Vegan cooking with Anne Marie Colbin. Victor Kulvinskas was also a mentor. Each of his mentors were original pioneers in these fields.
What Is Yoga?
The meaning of Yoga is the transformation of limited human awareness into Divine Awareness of the Ultimate Reality – the energy substratum of every thing – Divine Conscious Energy or Shakti. The full awareness of this energy substratum is the spark that ignites the loving flame of wellness in all areas of life.
Authentic Wellness Mentor
Just as a teacher or mentor is required in the arts, sciences, athletics and so on in order to become really competent in those fields – So too, in the field of Yoga and Wellness, a competent mentor and program offering is required.
Kedarji’s unique approach to the science of Yoga includes Kedarji’s Ecology of Wellness and the integration of his 4 Pillars of Total Well-being. This begins with Spiritual Power, the energy substratum that threads through everything. In this way, Kedarji has become known as a Yoga and Wellness Master in a long lineage of great masters.
Sadguru Kedarji began his quest to understand and fully imbibe Yoga at an early age. Feeling incomplete, Kedarji began an intense spiritual journey that took him to India and Asia. Soon after, he was initiated into a lineage of great Sages and was taught what is now embodied in his unique approach, combining Yoga science and Wellness.
His quest to master the sciences of Yoga and Wellness now complete, his seeking ended.
While living in New York City, Kedarji worked with the NYPD and then Senator Franz Leichter and Congresswoman Ruth Messinger to establish citizen block patrols to clean up crime, drugs and pornography in the mid-town theater district of Manhattan. With then Mayor Benjamin Ward and Boro Commander Ray Kelly, even amongst the criminals themselves, he became widely respected as a community leader for social responsibility.
Today his social responsibility advocacy focuses on putting an increased spotlight on the disease of greed in our society, and the ways in which we can, both individually and collectively, reverse the impact of greed on the overall quality of our lives. Already, he has inspired people to take individual action that has begun to reduce this societal greed in their communities.
